No, this only makes bug more shitty than it already is. Fairy shouldn't resist bug and ice should resist water and maybe flying.

Bug being super-effective against Fairy might sound good, but it'd mean Grass and Fairy would be too similar (both being weak to Bug and Poison and both being NFE against Fire). This would end up with Grass essentially being a shittier Fairy, as well as making any dual Grass/Fairy Pokemon terrible.

Bug has it bad enough even if you take away Fairy's resistance to it. Ice could use a buff but Dragon doesn't need any more nerfing (Fairy did that well enough).
