Ice is like, the anti-Dragon type. It's not the type that's such a problem, it's the pokemon it gets. It would be nice to get some resists, and having triple weaknesses shared with steel is a real problem when steel is the go-to defensive type, but it's mainly the lack of pokemon.

Maybe make Ice SE against Fairy? dunno just brainstorming

Not everyone can be (nor should be) offensive threats like Weavile and Mamoswine.

Delete Fairy, make Ice resist Dragon and Water. Now defensive Ice mons have a reason to exist and Dragon is still weakened from its heyday in Gen V.

To be fair we now see Poison and Steel as legitimate attack coverage. After being neglected for years outside of STAB, seeing stuff like Garchomp carrying Poison Jab, Sludge Wave, Iron Head and Flash Cannon just shows they at least did something right for Poison and Steel. You can't just say they're shit offensive types and you're only bringing them for Fairies, the same could be said of Fire moves and how you're only bringing them for Steels.
