Step 1: Capture your prey so it can't escape. Secure it absolutely.
Step 2: Beat it till it's as close to the point of unconsciousness as possible. Take care not to actually knock your victim out, it needs to be awake for the next step.
Step 3: Torture and mentally scar the victim till they scream for help, it may take time but others WILL arrive trying to help.
Step 4: Beat the would be hero to death.
Step 5: Repeat steps 3 & 4 till desired results are achieved or initial victim struggles against their captivity to the point of harming themselves and becoming useless.
