Is this a stealthy weavile thread?
Despite what your teachers and authority figures may tell you, not all people are born equal. Everyone is born into different families, who live in different circumstances and have different problems. Before you're even born, most of your life has been decided already. You will never be as successful as other people. You will never even have the opportunities to be successful that other people have. That's life, and you'd better get used to it.
IVs and EVs are like that except for cockfighting monsters.

Yes post best mon.
Oh no, it looks like you got a really weak tapu fini. You don't want a calm one, that means they're bad at battling. You want this brave one I lucked out and got off the GTS. Normally I wouldn't do this, but you're just starting out so I figure I should give you a hand.
IVs - Pokemon "DNA" generated at birth. Random number between 0 and 31 in each stat. At level 100 add that to the base stat and that's how many extra points in that stat the poke has
EVs: 508 to use. 252 max in one stat. Deivide that number by 4 and add that to base stats and that's how many extra points the Pokemon has at level 100. You get EVs in a stat after you defeat a Pokemon
Nature: 10% increase/decrease in a stat depending on nature unless it's a neutral nature
