The standard one is White Herb + Shell Smash + Acrobatics. It's ability allows it to tank a solid hit, and by that point you've got enough speed to outrun most anything, Shields up or down.

I'm sure there are EV spreads and natures specifically for outspeeding as many threats as possible, even in Shields Up mode. It can run both Stone Edge and Power Gem, but it's special movepool is ass.

It can run power gem, but otherwise the special movepool is ass. Stick wtih Physical if anything.

Any Tips on how to use Dhelmise? I literally just blasted giga drain and a ghost move and two steel moves on it.

Running Power Gem is a good idea if you prefer your Rock attacks actually hitting. Miss Slide and Stone Miss can make you rage pretty hard on a frail sweeper.

Minior just slows down your run with its retarded Shields Down animation at the start of every fight unless you keep it below 50% HP.
