No, Anon. Porygon2 and PorygonZ don't really have high base speed. You're better off with Bold or Calm if you want to make a defensive Porygon2 with eviolite. Or if you want a special attacker you can run a modest PorygonZ with choice scarf.

Timid is the best nature, yes. Modest is alright for a Specs or Agility set, but Z-Conversion is best used with Timid.

This. I've tested timid+z-conversion and it has won me a LOT of games. It's special atk is more than enough for STAB thunderbolt OHKOs
