Can anyone please answer a simple question about the shiny breeding exploit? I don't find pic related 100% clear.

When you've collected your 30 eggs (or however many you're hatching) with no shiny, should you remove both Magikarp and Ditto then save? Or is it fine to leave Ditto inside and just remove Magikarp before saving and starting a new batch of 30 eggs?

Friendly reminder that using this method is a huge waste of time. All it does it letting you quickly see how long it'll take yopu to receive a shiny Pokémon. Once you know when you'll get it, you still have to breed the desired Pokémon until you actually get the shiny mon. It's double the effort.
