Besides a few grunts going "Eek!" when Guz gets pissy after losing and confirmation that he takes out frustration on furniture, the only negative thing I've seen a grunt say about him in game was "Ah man I'm gonna get punished!" when you beat them at the Aether Foundation, and even then the verb used in Japanese is a very broad term that can mean anything from lightly disciplining children to a verbal scolding to something physical. I'm not saying Guzma dindu nuffin' but I don't see those pathetic grunts rallying to say "We'll give 200% to save our boy!" if Guzma was regularly Chris Browning them.
