What would be your reaction if Gamefreak introduces pokemon fusions

Zapkou looks cool.

Gamefreak would have to put serious limits on it as a gameplay feature. I can't see it being worthwhile. It would probably be limited to only popular Pokemon. Greninja x lucario for example. Fucking trash.

That said, they would need to limit it to a few fusions, or at least those that'll make it interesting.

Although I guess there's the choice of making them have different stats but the same appearance.

Disgust. Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem are part of the few Pokemon who did it well.

You need to limit it to pairs that would make sense, like Minum / Plusle, Solrock / Lunatone, and Zangoose / Seviper. imo the only way to treat as anything other than gimmicky shit is to treat it as just another evolutionary methods for a select few Pokemon.

Just use the breeding classifications, like hyper breeding or some shit where if you hatch certain species in a specific place the pokemon will be a fusion dual type with two abilities
