Any advice on how to fuck him up? How am i supposed to counter this cancerous bullshit?
Keep in mind that scarf isn't really a good idea since it kinda sucks in doubles, though i guess i could roll with it if it's the only option.

Pheremosa is squishy af. Priority it into the dirt, or get something bulky that resists it and can get a KO turn 1.
Lele can't do shit to steel types, so you'll want a steel type out there too. Use protect for the first turn to avoid getting knocked out by Pheromosa.
Hell, Metagross will probably do the trick.
