4chan didn't even exist until after Ruby and Sapphire were already out for over a year. Emerald was the first game to release during 4chan's existence, and likewise Black / White 2 were the first games to release during /vp/'s existence.

Well since I feel that ruby and sapphire was the lowest point pokemon has ever been with black and white 2 being 2nd lowest but by a bigger margin.

I think /vp/ had it existed would have exploded.
