Heavy Slam is usually 120 or 100

Gyro Ball is 150

I used Power whip, Shadow claw, Gyro ball and Rapid spin to decent effect. He likes Grassy Terrain from Tapu Bulu.

If you run anchor shot + phantom force, consider using toxic+earthquake. Man is so amazing to watch your oponent dying to toxic and trapped when you are away with phantom force and gaining lefties recovery.
