RKS System is an objectively bad ability, because from a programming

Multi type is the same. The real issue is that the memories don't offer a 20% boost like plates do.

We had this thread yesterday.

It's because the rules for what constitutes an ability is 100% fluid. They can make an ability basically anything. They chose to have it mimic Arceus' more powerful ability because while they could have made it a different ability and relied on the items, they didn't for lore reasons.

He doesn't even need a good ability. All he needs is 5 more points in all of his stats. That puts him in a decent speed tier, and allows him to be a bulky boosting sweeper.

Recover would also be nice. Eviolite Type: Null w/ Recover would be an absolute monster.

They should've done that, and if they wanted to get the point across of it being a lesser Arceus, make each form Normal/othertype. At least then Normal/Ghost would get some use.

GF needs to either start adding more bag subcategories or trimming the items. Since Silvally's memories can only be used by it, it could've easily been condensed into a multi-purpose key item like the Zygarde Cube

If GF wanted to make Silvally unique they just should've change its ability the other way arround.

Is Chansey's ability "can receive the effect of a Lucky Punch"? No, it's Natural Cure or Serene Grace or Healer.
