Actually none. Can't salvage any of those two unless you're not competitive and will use it solely in-game. Lax makes it even more paper on special attacks and Timid is just lol

Honestly I'd just go to GTS and spam the Buzzwole to Buzzwole trades until you get an Adamant one or another one with a usable nature

The spread puts most of the EVs in speed as you will be raising your defenses with Harden to astronomical levels. Roost restores health in a pinch, while Hidden Power can decimate those pesky flying types that will be trying to bully you. Vital throw is an excellent option, as since you are fully invested in speed, you will often be going first. However, it will really throw the enemy off guard if you go second, which is vital to this set. the last 4 IVs go into attack to make up for the reduction from Timid.
