Check out Xurkitree's entry animation sometime. He starts with all 5 of his limbs perfectly prolonged, straightened, and grounded so that he appears to be one of those fake Christmas trees, and then pulls them out and takes his regular wiggly stance.

He's actually the guy who drew the group shot of the ultra beasts.
Though he didn't list Celesteela as one of his Pokemon designs, I'm not sure if he would since most official media still treats them like unknown entities.
