Moves that affect berries like Natural Gift, Bluck, Incinerate and Bug Bite actually have a real function now.

The Confusion berries lead to all sorts of funny strats.

Status gets shit on due to an overabundance of Lum.
Lots of things start carrying either pinch berries or confuse-if-wrong-flavor berries. Or just Sitrus.
ChestoResto has lefties. Or a LOrb.
Belch might get used once in a while. Same with Pluck.
Knock Off becomes even more widespread with having two powered up hits per target.
Unnerve might get used on something once.
Garchomp laughs because now it can carry Yache and an actual item. Hell, SE Reduction + Weakness Policy might become a thing for some pokemon.

I was just going with the simple interpretation - first hit is full power, removes one item, next turn using it again is also full power and removes the berry.
So unless the berry no longer counts as an item or they have it remove both items at once, Knock Off would be doing even more 97.5 BP hits than it already is.

Would be better and more balanced if mons like Mudsdale and Gogoat got an ability called Transporter which enables them to hold a berry and another item at the same times. This would make them solid OU mons. Thoughts on this?

I'm not sure whether being able to hold a berry would be worth giving up Stamina for on Mudsdale. Knowing GF, it'd probably be given to some shitmon who will never see the light of day even in PU.
