It'd only be cancerous if it got something like recover. and a phasing move like whilrwind, because its slow as dirt, has weaker offenses than an early game bugmon, and low HP stat.

Too bad both the prevos of this line were designed around being as useless as Lillie, because it would have been really nice if Cosmoem could do stuff other other than Harden+.
