Based on mushrooms, jellyfish and psychedelics

I know levitate mons don't get other abilities and bad dreams is darkrai's ability, but it fits well with the concept so whatever

of course my dude. jellyfish are my favorite animal, and i have a newfound appreciation for mushrooms because of shiinotic. and combining the two concepts with psychedelics is like mindblowingly cool to me.
