I COULD use the Pokemon Homebrew bank but actually I'd rather wait until the REAL BANK gets the update to transfer to Alola than bringing my pokemon before it's time.

Well I bred a lot of Speed Boost torchics to trade away for starters.

I know I'm not completing a 800 pokemon Dex but at least I want to have all the starters and legendaries.

So put them up asking for the pokemon you want. Only search while you wait for your deposited pokemon to get traded. Trading by depositing your own pokemon is much easier than finding a good trade yourself.

Unrelated but in this brief moment I'm returning to ORAS I'm noticing how smooth content-packed the game feels compared to SM.
