Hoo boy, this one is tricky to include without it getting weird. The absolute easiest method would be a cop-out wherein a character dons a "baby" costume for some humorous cutscene or event complete with ill-proportioned diaper.

Anything else starts to get really weird. There's no valid reason to get a protagonist into diapers, let alone *using* them.
