Yeah. Also assemble 10% Zygarde, this way you can generate up to 5 at a time and check the IVs/nature. If they're good you can use that Zygarde to make a 100% one.

Is there a way you can do that when you have 50 cells, I'm at the assembly place on route 16 and there's nothing that would indicate you could get a 10% form, it just keeps giving me 50%, and since it's not a Power Construct zygarde, I can't change it

Once you get 50+ cells, it's impossible to make an Aura Break doggo after that.
