Bingo Game is in a city called Phlox which you can access after you get Surf and go to the Desert Ruins then Ice Puzzle. It's actually very important if you want to access the final legendary in the game which requires a complete Bingo card (all 25 spaces completed).

The Bingo spaces are requirements like completing specific sidequests or having certain numbers/types of pokemon (i.e. all the Kanto starters or all the Johto starters, evolving Tyranitar, orphaning a certain # of pokemon, getting certain achievements in mining etc).

Yes, Twitch played 3-4 months ago; the builds refer to the post-Crystal switch (when the game was switched to Crystal base instead of Gold) which happened in early 2016.

So the 67th Crystal base build was Twitch's, and you have the 144th build.

There are 5 total fakemon legendaries and 1 is a roaming legendary. Phancero is at glitch city. Libaleel should be in the surf area around gym 6 or 7 depending on order. There's an empty cave, after you activate it in the prison it runs out to the empty cave.

Varaneous requires a complete Bingo Card I believe. So you will want to do all the bingo stuff if you want to see Varaneous.

Moltres (East of VR) and Articuno (in VR) were put in the game in the build that I played but I didn't find Zapdos (probably near Power Plant in Rijon if it was put in a later build).

Can't remember, just keep jumping over ditches. If there's ANY dead end you come to that's empty, walk around the whole area, one of should be a pit and will drop you near the jewel.
