Is there any reason to look forward to Slush Rush Beartic?

Is it possible for a non-HA gen 5 beartic to have Waterfall? (Waterfall was dreamworld exclusive, but idk if you could have the move but not the ability. I don't see how else you could get Waterfall onto the Slush Rush version otherwise)

Why doesn't Ice get any defence boosts in hail?

It's not exactly outclassed, Beartic does have substantially more power and a little more bulk overall. Sandslash just have movepool and speed.

However, it will probably not have a real home. Any tier where Slush Rush Beartic/Sandslash will be good, Abomasnow will probably already be banned for Blizzard spam.

Yes, but only with a Jolly nature. Adamant is too slow desu.
It has Play Rough (egg move), Superpower, and Stone Edge so it's actually good against Fire, Fighting, and Steel types. That's vital for Mono-Ice.
