I'll take the portability and not needing a TV. Specs be damned, if the Switch comes out with good games I'll still use it more than my PS4 just because my PS4 is a pain in the ass to set up.

It's fine. Part and parcel with doing shit like this. The rom actually got leaked so it's everywhere now. It's a shame the game is actually pretty good even if it running on a 15 year old engine. Nintendo and gamefreak could learn a thing or 2 from this.
