Hey OP thanks for doing this. Did you see the egg RNG thread a few days back? If you want to get a shiny faster, it's possible to swap a Magikarp for your Bagon and keep hatching eggs until you get a shiny; remember the number, and reset your game, swapping your Magikarp for a Bagon parent (any pokemon with the same gender ratio), and re-hatch eggs until you get to the same #.
