Hmmmm i kinda can see some vaporeon and skamory parts in it. I always thought that. And and actual chimera of already existing pokemon would be kinda fucked up right? Like slowbro tail is supposed to be a shellder but looks nothing like it too. Maybe we can speculate.

I didn't say anything about people not thinking there was Arceus imagery? How are these mutually exclusive, exactly? He's a chimera. By design he can be related to multiple things. Obviously the Tapu thing didn't turn out to be true, though.
