I don't think there's anything worthwhile other than the Machamp meme. Reflect and Seismic Toss might be okay on some mons but that's got more to do with your team needing it than it being good.

If you're playing Yellow and didn't ruin the mew glitch you can get all pokemon out of it. I never got too deep into it aside from trying various trainers, but there may be guides on the internet.
