Pokedex reports some have IQ of insane numbers

On average most seem to have the intelligence between a 6-10 year old human. Basic understanding of whats going on but not enough to really grasp advanced concepts without being directly told them.

In theory you could teach a Pokemon to type/write but unless you have extensive training they won't really understand what they are typing.

I'm don't really know, but I am certain that there exists certain pokemon that tend to follow a certain academia like carpentry, masonry, and general construction for the Timburr line and martial arts for many fighting types like the machop line.
