There's a lot of things Gen 6 did that were great and should've been kept in 7. This is not one of them. SOS chaining is intuitive as hell and easy.

There could have been a middle ground. I wasn't a fan of using it for chaining, I just liked being able to sneak up on pokemon.

only thing they flubbed by not porting over from gen 6 was PSS. I can go without everything else.
