I'd like to say an oni like the one from the legend of Momotaro, but that's just Electabuzz. Unless Electivire gets a regional form/mega, that's not happening. Same with Electric/Fighting.

I've always wanted a Poison/Psychic Where it was like an pen, it's first evo child be an inkwell and then go straight to a fountain pen for a single evolution mon or go to a ballpoint middle evo to the fountain pen.

Ghost/Rock: A ghost that carries it's tombstone with it, and uses it as a weapon.
Dragon/Bug: Retcon Vibrava/Flygon.
Steel/Normal: A Normal rat pokemon that collects junk, evolves into steel/normal wearing a cobbled together suit of armor.
Steel/Poison: Mercury pokemon.
Dark/Electric: Honestly I think Xurkitree would fit this typing.
Dark/Bug: Some kind of particularly vicious insect; a weta, perhaps.
Fairy/Fire: Soot sprite.
Fairy/Ground: Gnomes.
Fairy/Dark: Goblin, or some other clasically unseelie fey.

Honestly I'd be fine with it not being All white for once, that palette gets kinda bland. And it's chrysalis is literal ice. Maybe make it appear like it has a thin layer of ice covered over its wings/torso.
