You never know when a combination of ~30 hp and def./sp def points will save even a frail sweeper from a priority attack. You think pheromosa surviving bullet punch isn't thankful for perfect defense and hp IVs?

The reason why 6 IVs would be a thing is for these reasons

>Already have HP, Defenses, and Speed (meant to have high speed), so 4 IVs there

Then you pick Attack or Sp. Attack, so 5 IVs

But then there are some pokemon that could potentially run mixed sets as to trick the opponent (Fire Bast M.Garchomp), having both maxed attacing IVs, making that 6 IVs

You want to save a perfect 6 IV breed to make a Att. or Sp. Att sweeper later on (Outrage Garchomp or Hyper Beam/Flamethrower M.Garchomp)

Dumbfuck. 0 Atk is every bit as annoying to breed for as 31. Unless you have both parents at 31/0/31/31/31/31, you're looking at getting the roll to inherit the 0, and even if they are, it's still 1:32 that you get the non-inherited as a 31 (or 0).
