Lusamine obviously styled herself after Pheromosa, even if they never stated it directly. They have mirrored poses and similar hair, as well as the same color scheme. Plus Lusamine's whole thing was about beauty.

Guys, it's all because of Lusamine obsession. She dresses up to resemble an UB, and makes the two people she has the most power upon do the same. That's why those three are the only ones.
