After you beat the E4 and catch all the available UBs in your game, make a party of 4 different UBs, your version's mascot and the mascot from the opposite game (must be version native!) and head to Aether Paradise where you first encountered Nihilego. There you'll meet with Wicke, go through some dialog and a cut scene where a new Ultra Wormhole will appear, from there you can enter and fight fused Lusamine for a final boss battle.
She starts Normal type but her Ability allows her to change types at the end of every turn. She can also SOS up to TWO UBs at a time and her aura gives +1 to every stat, so be ready! Unfortunately you cannot catch her, it's battle only.
