Eviolite now increases Def and SpDef by 75% but decreases speed

Most of the pokemon that use Eviolite are slow anyways. They'd get more use I think.

Porygon2 and Chansey don't change.
Scyther was never used to begin with.

Pokemon that can evolve twice should get a 75% boost to def and sp def.

A robber/bandit evolution for males to fit salandit's theme would have been great. Maybe a mixed or physical attacker that swings a loot bag as a potential weapon, idk. He has that cool little throat poke as his physical animation.
