When I tried breeding a Clefairy on ORAS with a Ditto the eggs all resulted in Cleffas.

There is a slight difference here in my opinion, giving Miltank and Tauros a shared baby will give Tauros access to Egg moves so it serves a purpose unlike Pichu and the others.

If you are breeding in postgame already, give the pokemon a Soothe Bell, activate Exp Share, fly to the Battle Tree and get into a grass patch below.

Around 1-2 pokes there killed should give you enough experience to level to at least 20+ and increase happiness enough to evolve. I feel people often forget that simple leveling gives happiness as well, no need for berries, massages, walking etc. It's what I did while breeding Riolus.

That would be good, however I'm not sure if it's evolution method would be besides leveling up.

I think it's stupid that the only thing we'll be getting so far is a new eeveelution.
They shouldn't keep adding new delta stuff because all we'll get is a small amount of original mons.
