That is not sustainable as a rule for a major tournament. Certain Pokemon have clear roles on teams, and that people can use the same pokemon for the same role while being relatively isolated.

That could work as some niche ruleset.

You should make it more forgivable, like 3 Pokemon on the team can be ones commonly used, but the other 3 have to fit a certain restrictive ratio of use among other players in the tournament.

Seriously though I love this rule. Amped up player team diversification and you can force not seeing something just by picking an overused mon. Imagine all the diversified teams we would see!

Remove the whole disqualification thing

Replace it with a team check with no preview that warns you both to change a mon

If the players take too long sorting it out just have some judges assist
