Is there any way in Sun and Moon to tell if a pokemon received thru wonder trade is legit or hacked/injected? I got an Alola Vulpix with Freeze Dry which it can only learn through breeding with Amaura... Is there any chance of it not being injected?

I got freeze dry by having a glalie use it during a smeargle SOS, smeargle sketches it, then you breed it on Vulpix.
