Doesn't really matter. Min speed ivs let more shit outspeed you, making it safer

Aegislash needs to be the last one to move, as to avoid being hit in shield form, so 0 Speed IV's is most preferred

but hardly anything in the game is running speed that abysmally slow outside of Ferrothorn-tier tanks and other Aegislash.

the most justifiable reason to aim for 0 speed is for those Aegislash v. Aegislash battles.
