Wait, so if you have a fainted Sync Abra in spot 1, and a random-nature whatever in spot 2, it'll sync to the random nature in spot 2? Or are you saying that it won't sync at all? Because I'd expect the latter, but if it's the former, doesn't that make hunting for specific abilities much, much easier? You'd just need any Pokémon of a particular nature, not a Sync Abra.

They make a pokemon unique and wholly yours.
It's not like you can use the thing in the battle tree anyway. And if you really want a perfect pokemon, just inject it and be done with it.

There is something fucked going on with Synchronize this gen.

I went over 40 attempts on Solgaleo last night with a Adamant sync Abra, and got 1 adamant nature in 40 attempts, then got 3 Adamants in a row before finally getting the IVs I wanted.

Just like eggs and breeding, there is something fucked with RNG this gen.

Synchronize is meant to be 50/50. But the chance of landing heads 39 out of 40 times is over 27 trillion.

Something is bugged or broken.

My advice, if you are stuck, save somewhere else, do some shit, exit the game, and come back to remove whatever broken RNG factors are afflicting your game.
