Take into consideration how slow the rest of the meta is in an Alola dex only format.
It has decent bulk and gets to join Scrafty and Hitmontop as a mon with Intimidate and Fake Out. It also get's U-Turn, so because of it's slow speed, it can net free switch ins for it's partner.
