You know, it does not seem like it in Gen 7 with all the power creep, but Primarina - a starter - having a 126 SpA is pretty crazy. That is higher than Legendary Bird trio special stats.

the generation 7 starters seem really underpowered, stat wise.

I'd really love a Grass Electric super fast starter though

How did Grass wind up being the lowest highest HP type of the three? You'd think the general association with vitality and plants, specifically trees, would've pegged them for the heaviest HP and SpecialD. type on average.
