Celesteela itself is not all that hard to deal with.

I'd go for the subseed shit, but it's so boring and common.

I really want to use an Assault Vest on it, but am torn on how best to use it. My best guess is either Modest with max SPA and HP featuring Fire Blast, Giga Drain, Air Slash, and HP Ground. But does a SUPER MEME set with Flame Charge have any merit?
