Good luck mang. The Tapus aren't too hard. For Bulu get a Palossand with Hypnosis and Iron Defense and for Fini breed a Storm Drain Shellos with Yawn (Slowpoke father). As long as it knows Yawn, you don't even need to evolve the Shellos.

Leveling to 100 is a pain in the ass. If you get like, 6-7 male pokemon with near perfect IVs you can cover all egg groups and breed pretty much anything with the 4-5IVs you need pretty quickly.

Because these games are the worst in the 3DS lineup about giving experience points. In the time it would take you to get a party to level 100 on these games, in ORAS you could get probably 20 or so. And you have to be level 100 to use Bottle Caps, on top of how tedious they are to collect. Meanwhile you could just take that time you'd spend training, and breed a better Pokemon to eliminate the need.

You would need to spend several hours to get to level 100, as well as a couple more to get the bottle caps. Getting a couple parents with 4IVs takes 1 hour, and from here breeding for a 5 IV takes about an extra hour. Breeding is much faster, even when you start from scratcg. When you factor a ditto or a male with 5IVs, it becomes much easier and faster than Hyper Training.
