He was 10 in ORAS. Even if ORAS was moved up in the timeline and took place later on (for some reason), it still takes place before BW. Since SM takes place about 4 years from BW, Wally should be 14 at the very least. If it still takes place around the same time as Gen I, he should be a year younger than Red.

Obviously he was bitten by a vampire, and must now stay in the Battle Tree and suck the blood of losers in order to survive. Wally's not going to grow any more.

Never played XY. Can someone tell me what the big deal about Dexio and Sina is?

Like they literally look like random NPCs. Yet they were apparently important enough to get in SM over all the other XY characters that have actual character design and weren't made from customization scraps.

Thing is they weren't important in XY. All they did were giving you every version of the Pokedex and dressing up as masked marauders who wanted to save Kalos before you do. You never fight them as well.
So them returning in SM was really out of the blue. Before that reveal, they were probably the most forgotten Pokémon characters of the main line series.
