Stick with the original Dragon Dance floor master. Multiscale makes it fairly safe to get a DD off, then you just wreck shit with Outrage/Extreme Speed/whatever else

HP/Atk EVs for maximum potential. Don't listen to these sp.atk fags, they're going by some finally meta that revolves around rain and terrain. Dragonite' best set is being a dance threat. Same with Zard X
