If you breed a female sheer force totodile with a male lure ball totodile, you have a chance of getting a sheer force in a lure ball with new gen 7 mechanics. It has to be the exact same species though, can't be dile+gatr.

Sheer force was a gift mon if I remember right, so you'd have to breed it with a non-HA totodile one way or another. Unless I'm missing something I think this is the only game where you can catch wild ones anyway
