I've never really messed with breeding stuff in these games before, is this more or less close enough to "perfect"? Or is it really worth farming another ditto to cover for the missing 3(?) points shown here?
I feel like a single health point isn't going to matter at all but I guess I don't know how much missing 2(I think?) points in attack would influence things.

You're not going to get more than 4 anyway. Use that and get another with 4 max IVs including Atk but excluding Sp Atk and you'll be able to get 5IV breeds easily
