The grass/electric variant has nice type coverage. Electric moves are good for flying types that would destroy grass types normally, and the grass moves would be good against rock and ground types.

I can't think of any types that would have 4x effectiveness against him.

In my opinion, grass/electric is the best choice here. There's a reason Wild Sonichu is the leader of the group.
