first off leech life mimikyu is shit
second off your team seems kind of ground weak, your only immunity is pinsir post-mega and even then that's not such a great check to most ground types cause they often carry rock moves. stuff like scarf lando-t seem really effective against you
third off i'm not sure what purpose Gastrodon serves. It's usually used to check water types like keldeo or electric types like koko but you already have toxapex and marowak so checking those doesn't seem too necessary
fourth off scarf xurkitree is honestly not a great set, it's slower than nearly every other scarfer, as well as pheromosa, megazam, and mega aerodactyl. Also can't revenge kill +1 zardx, +1 zygarde, etc. I suggest replacing with scarf Thundurus-Therian: it outspeeds everything i just mentioned while giving you another ground immunity. Although it gives you another electric immunity too which is completely redundant, but I'd suggest dropping gastrodon too for something else, your choice really.
fifth off from a teambuilding perspective mega pinsir without hazard control is generally pretty bad. you could swap gastro for a defogger if you want but idk

for starters you can run roost on your scizor, or you can run speed investment instead of HP. the two main scizor sets are bulky sd with roost and offensive sd without, if you hybridize then you lose your ability to outspeed anything and are too reliant on bullet punch while still losing to mons who can wear you down. Aerial Ace is somewhat irrelevant coverage you can replace with roost. you can use U-turn over x-scissor too, sd u-turn is pretty okay
poison jab is pretty meme on garchomp, it only really helps with bulu and it doesn't seem worth giving up a dragon move for
on bulu you should consider horn leech for lasting longer against certain threats instead of simply killing yourself. most of the time it will be spamming grass moves anyways so it's not like you'll miss the coverage much, also you can run some speed to beat stuff like slow buzzwole, fast a-marowak, etc.

Ferrothorn suffers from the same problem and the added weakness to HP Fire

Jirachi doesn't really fullfill a role on your team and adds extra weaknesses to ground (you already have 3 mons weak to Ground), but if you can take out one of your Ground weaknesses it would work alright, as it doesn't take enough from Tapu Lele coverage moves and Shadow Ball fails to 3HKO even after rocks

Latios/Latias weak to Moonblast

Magnezone is OHKOed by Focus Blast although the Choice Scarf version checks thanks to Flash Cannon

Scizor without special defense investment can't switch into Lele as it gets 2HKOed by Psychic and the versions that lack enough attack investment can't even 3HKO with U-Turn

Starmie can't do shit to threaten back Tapu Lele and is forced to use Scald/Recover if it doesn't want to die

so yeah, Jirachi or Slowbro if you want a counter

Current team for battlespot/6v6 is Tapu Koko,Celesteela,Porygon-z,Toxapex,Garchomp,and Azumarill. Should I change someone on my team or it's good as it is? No losses on battlespot so far and have 3 wins already.

I run Tapu Z Crystal, Nature's Madness and HP Ground on my Tapu Koko. This means that I can kill Sash Dugtrio and Alolawak if I predict the switch.

However, I kind of want Dazzling Gleam for the out to slower Dragons. Don't want to touch Tbolt or Volt Switch either.

I have a team that consists of Maroak (Trying to get it as fast as possible, has flame charge), Specs Lele, Mantine, Conversion Porygon Z, Pheromosa and Mega Metagross.

Yes. Zygarde 50% was always good, it just struggled with moveslots. It needed to run Earthquake and a coverage move on Coil / Dragon Dance sets, so it didn't have enough room for RestTalk.

It always had the stats for OU. Thousand Arrows just freed it.

Seems pointeless. Rocky helm is for walls that will be hit repeatedly. Mimikyu will probably take two-three hits to kill including disguise. Life Orb seems the way to go. Swords dance + life orb can help with the OHKOs. Mimikyu is a glass cannon. It hits like a train with SD but dies from a feather.

You can get the pre-evos for Golisopod, Araquinid, Toxapex, and Wishiwashi all on the second island. If you're not bent on using all alolans you can catch a feebas too but I don't know how early you get the trade item for it.

pay attention to everything modifiable on the teambuilder panel

check how weak you are to attacks of one typing and change accordingly (playing a team of 6 flying mons is stupid outside of monotype format for example, even 3 mons weak to the same type or with the same typing is already stretching it)

fight, and when you end up losing make anotations of what happened that made you lose. Learn to identity play styles throughout these fights and once you do find the play style you're most comfortable with.

Once you know all of that, you can pick up your favorite pokemon and build a team that allows it to have a good role on it.
