Use Z-Conversion for +1 all stats and Electric 2x STAB. Proceed to wreck shit. Alternatively, use Breakneck Blitz if you need a quick KO or are facing Electric resists

Z-Conversion is really the go-to.

Either stay Normal, go Ghost (gonna catch em all), go Electric, or go Ice (Doubles so you can spam Blizzard).
